Intake of basil water:

Intake of basil water would provide relief from inflammation in the gut and would provide healthy digestion by improving mobility of the gut. Apart from this, basil water intake would also lower stress and promote heart health.

Intake of nuts and seeds etc:

Fibres and healthy fats are present in nuts like almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds and chia seeds etc. For the sake of healthy digestion, it is necessary to add nuts and seeds to the diet.
