Sometimes, we could get pain in the chest area and this is chest pain. It is true that we all worry too much regarding chest pain. The chest pain could spread slowly to parts like arms, neck and jaw etc also. It is noteworthy that chest pain could either be sharp or it could be dull also. There are several symptoms associated with chest pain such as pressure, fullness, tightness in the chest area, crushing pain that would spread to the back, shortness of breath and cold sweats etc. The serious nature of the chest pain is indicated by a sudden crushing pain in the chest area. Chest pain could be due to heart issues or it could be due to lung based infection, strain in the muscle etc. There are as many 8 types of chest pain and these are Angina: Sometimes, we could get squeezing pressure in the chest portion and this type of chest pain might reveal the presence of coronary heart disease in us. Here, there would be reduced blood flow to the heart. So, please take care. Pleuritis: There are some  sheet-like layers that cover the lungs and these are called pleura. When this sheet gets infamammed then we could get pleuritis condition in us. Those with pleuritis chest pain would have sharp pain in their chest while breathing. This type of pain would also be present in the shoulders. Panic attack: There are times when a person would get panic attacks or have feelings of sudden and intense anxiety. The symptoms associated with panic attacks are shaking of hands, feeling disoriented etc. it is believed that the factors that can cause panic attacks are prolonged stress, overbreathing etc. Shingles: A viral infection that can lead to painful rashes is shingles. Chest pain in us could also be due to shingles where chest pain would develop before the rashes develop. It is worthy to note that the chest pain that is due to shingles would be like a band of sharp pain. Costochondritis: Point is that costochondritis is an inflammation where ribs join the bone in the middle of the chest.  Costochondritis is not a serious issue and there are treatments available to cure this condition. Gastroesophageal reflux: Here, the chest pain is characterised by heartburn due to acid reflux. Those with this issue would have gastric juice f flowing towards their oesophagus from the stomach leading to heartburn. Spasms: Lack of nutrients, muscle tension, muscle overuse could lead to muscle spasms in us. The chest pain due to this would be due to the narrowing of the  esophagus. Pneumonia: The presence of lung infection could lEad to pneumonia in us. The pain due to this issue would be like a sharp stabbing sensation.

Having to deal with chronic inflammation of the tissues in the digestive tract is not easy!! It must be noted that the inflammatory bowel disease or IBD refers to disorders that involve the above. The point is that in some persons IBD is just a mild issue but in others IBD could be a serious issue. It is important to consult a specialist and get treated. If not treated in time, the IBD could cause damage to the GI tract. There are few silent signs of IBD that appears on other parts of the body and these are IBD symptoms on eyes: Thin layer of tissue between conjunctiva and sclera would get inflamed and this is an silnt sign of IBD. It is also known as episcleritis or acute inflammation of episclera. The persons with episcleritis issue would have reddish colored eyes, soreness and inflammation etc. IBD symptoms on the skin: An inflammation of subcutaneous fat or erythema nodosum is one common type of IBD sign that appears on the skin of a person. The skin would have reddish or violet colored swellings and it would be very painful. It has been brought out by the doctors that 10% to 15% persons with IBD would have erythema nodosum issues in them.  Truth is that blisters would turn into a deep ulcer on the skin. IBD symptoms in mouth: The lips of the persons with IBD would swell and this is also one important silent symptom of IBD. It was mentioned that at least 20 to 50% of those with IBD would have mouth ulcers. It must be taken into account that these are not mouth lesions and they would be round or oval in shape, yellowish colored and painful. IBD symptoms in joints: Arthritis is one of the most common health complications of IBD. This would include psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis etc also. It is noteworthy that  the joints present in the arms, legs such as  elbows , wrists, knees in those persons with IBD would get inflamed and sore. IBD symptoms in liver: There would be a reduction in the size of the bile ducts due to inflammation in these persons with IBD. This rare issue is called primary sclerosing cholangitis or PSO. The person would have symptoms like itching, jaundice etc.

Who doesn`t like eating mangoes? This highly delicious fruit is a favourite for the majority of us. Mango is a summer fruit and to meet the demands of mangoes in the summer season, people dealing with mangoes ripen them using artificial methods like chemicals etc.  It is true that those mangoes that are ripened naturally would not be much different from the mangoes that are ripened using chemicals etc. The issue with chemically ripened mangoes is that when ingested they could lead to health issues in us. There are few chemicals that are used to ripen mangoes like calcium carbide, Plant growth regulator ethephon is also used to ripen mangoes. The acetylene produced from these chemicals would ripen the mangoes faster. Various health issues of eating chemically ripened mangoes are Those who eat chemically ripened mangoes might get diarrhea, extreme weakness, acidity like sensation in the chest and headaches also. There are also chances that the chemicals in the mangoes could react aggressively with the body and it could lead to skin ulcers, eye damage etc. The person could also have issues in his or her throat and swallowing could be difficult. In some cases, the person consuming chemically ripened mangoes would have cough, sores and wheezing also. After  consuming these mangoes, a person might sometimes have issues in breathing also then he reprson must consult a doctor immediately. One common health condition many women have is urinary incontinence or leaking urinary bladder issue. The weak pelvic  floor in women is responsible for the leakage of urine. Those women with this issue will find it difficult. In women, the bladder, uterus and bowel are supported by the group of muscles in the pelvic floor. These organs would not be supported well if the pelvic floor gets weakened. As a result, the women would have urinary incontinence. It is well known that the urinary bladder is a hollow organ that stores urine from the kidneys before it gets disposed of by the urination process. Weak urinary bladder or pelvic floor in women is shown by various sings like Passing wind from vagina or anus often: It must be noted that the pelvic floor muscles support rectum and would contribute to gas or fecal incontinence if they were weak. Not able to reach bathroom on time: Another sign of a weak pelvic floor is that women sometimes might not be able to reach the bathrooms on time despite rushing. These women might not be able to hold their urine like others. Loss of sensation in vagina: Women might lose their sensation in their vagina if they have weak pelvic floor muscles. As a result, they would have decreased sexual pleasure etc. Conclusion: When a woman has these above-mentioned signs then she must approach a gynaecologist or a doctor without fail and get treated for the issue. Doctors might suggest some pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle changes etc.
